Typical Chilean food

The national holidays are crowned as the main festivity in Chile. The “dieciocho”, as the celebration of September 18th is popularly known, is celebrated throughout Chile and is the longest holiday in the country. For most of the month, Chile is filled with flags and parties. Chileans go to fondas, dance cueca, drink terremotos, eat empanadas and mote con huesillo.
We kick off our “dieciochera” week with this publication of typical Chilean preparations, not to be missed!
