Today is World Habitat Day and to commemorate this date we present the different ways of life and dwellings of some of the native peoples of Chile.
In this post we can find ways of life such as the life in canoes of the coastal cultures, the Kawesqar’s camps made with sea lion skins, the Selk’nam’s tents made with tree branches, the Rapa Nui’s inverted canoe-shaped homes and the Diaguitas’ dwellings made with the pirca method.
We invite you to discover the different ways in which the indigenous peoples of our country lived.
